Common questions

Before you reach out.

Quick answers to what most prospective clients want to know before sending the first email.

Are you appointed by every carrier on your industry list?

No. As a new independent firm, our market access combines direct carrier relationships and established wholesale partners. Carrier appointments are added as production volume justifies. Our placement strategy maps each risk to the right market across standard, preferred, specialty, and surplus lines, never to a fixed carrier shortlist.

Do you charge a fee for the program review?

No. Reviews are complimentary. We will tell you what your current program is doing well, where the real coverage gaps are, and which carrier options are worth pursuing before your next renewal. No obligation and no captive pitch at the end.

How quickly will I hear back after submitting the form?

A real person reviews every request, usually the same business day. You will receive a follow-up call within one business day at the phone number you provide.

Which states are you licensed in?

Florida is our home state. We are actively pursuing multi-state licensing, so additional state coverage is on the way. Reach out to confirm whether we can serve your account today.

What kind of accounts are you a fit for?

Households, owner-operated businesses, and middle-market commercial accounts. Our four practice areas cover personal lines, high net worth, owner-led commercial under $100K in premium, and large commercial over $100K. If you are not sure where you fit, send the basics and we will route it.

What information should I send to start a review?

For personal accounts: declarations pages for current policies. For commercial accounts: declarations, loss runs (last 3 to 5 years), and any current proposal you are evaluating. If you do not have those handy, just describe what you have. We will work from whatever you send.
